Beef Barbacoa tostada…
In house fried tostada topped with refried beans made from house smoked pinto beans, beef brisket barbacoa simmered in a dried chili sauce, and a cabbage/pico/lime slaw. Garnished with two lime wedges.
Pairs well with Margaritas or our Cerveza or Poncho Verde beers.
